More about Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga, AKA  "the yoga of awareness," is a powerful healing technology that has helped countless people (myself included) release trauma, let go of chronic stress, and heal their bodies, minds, & spirits by awakening energy on a cellular level. It harnesses the power of breathwork, mantra, movement, relaxation, and meditation to help us align with our truest, most intuitive selves. It works on our glandular and nervous systems, while also helping us to raise consciousness and become better human beings. Ultimately, Kundalini yoga has the potential to be a powerful healing form of social justice.


It's essential to acknowledge that Kundalini yoga originated in North India and is influenced by the Sikh faith. While not a religious practice, it is a spiritual one - as is all yoga, even if it has often been stripped of its spirit here in the west.
