*We offer visits for folks looking to rent a minimum of one full day.
*Cleaning fee:
All bookings are asked to follow cleaning guidelines. Please consider cleaning when booking your wrap up time.
Bookings also have a small cleaning fee that covers a portion of a regular full deep clean of the studio (mopping, the kitchen and bathroom).
If you would like to have the cleaning fee waived, please book an extra 30 minutes minimum of wrap up time to mop the floor and follow other instructions. You will need to watch a short video explaining the mopping as the floors are sensitive and have a special procedure. If it is not done properly, the initial cleaning fee will be charged.

Studio Rental for Bodyworkers & Therapists
Studio 414 is home to Tiger Lotus Coop, Healing Resistance and the Community Healing Days project. Our collective mission is foster a loving, inclusive space for healing, driven by values of social justice.
We are currently seeking responsible alternative practitioners to share the space. Practitioners are required to have their own liability insurance.

Every first and third Sunday of the month*
(*this slot is priced differently, just ask)
The studio schedule is generally 9am-7pm and is broken into morning (9am-1:45pm) and afternoon blocks (2:15pm-7pm).
Rental by the hour is $25.
Rental for a single block is $50.

There is a fourth area in the main space between a plant wall and our window, separated by a curtain, available for rent. The price is discounted 15% because you have less sound privacy. The space is quiet.
Full day = 9-7pm (or a combination of any AM and PM slot in the week)
